to hear evangelist, "Father" Sun Myung Moon as he called

Part of a whirlwind national tour organized primarily
by The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification(FFWPU),
an interfaith organization that uses biblical principles in its
efforts to strengthen families and communities, according to Reverend
Michael Jenkins, president of the federation.
The organizing committee of the "We Will Stand" tour also
consists of members and clergy from the America Family Coaltion,
the American Clergy Leadership Conference, and the Martin Luther
King Family Life Institute.
"America should be a spiritual leader to the
rest of the world. When a nation places its own needs first, it
won't be able to influence the world," stated Father Moon.
As keynote speaker, following several others, he asked
the audience to "sanctify marriage" and put an end to
divorce.
"A strengthening of the family will lead to a strengthening
of the nation. "Live for the sake of family, and God will eventually
come to us," he said.
Reverend Raymond Zuni a Christian minister and Dr. Eugene Agnes
received gold watches from Father and Mother Moon as the evening
drew to a close.
"We believe God has chosen America to be a light to the rest
of the world," stated Reverend Jenkins.
"We should not allow racial walls."
"Father Moon has been chosen to bring us all together."
